This, ladies and gentlemen, is very popular in China. I actually never had the opportunity to drink it there, who knew I would come home to find it right here at PF Changs? Even though the food at PF Changs is absolutely nothing like the Chinese food in China, it still tastes good. The Ginger Beer is non-alcoholic, made with ginger, lemon juice, and lots of sugar, delish. Try it!
